KCEP believes that the good of all depends on care for all (faoi scath a cheile a mhaireas na daoine).

Its mission accordingly is:

To develop partnerships with resident, community, education, business and public representatives/groups for the purpose of supporting and initiating actions to improve
the quality of life in Kildare town especially for those who are least able to access
and/or benefit from the resources and opportunities which are generally
available in our society.
